Highly recommend! I was in very bad shape, my digestive system was stagnant, I was in pain, I couldn't eat much, I was losing weight, I was heat intolerant, I had a lot of anxiety and was constantly stressed. I also had a limited FODMAP diet for years as someone who was fructose malabsorbant. After seeing Aily for a while, my digestive system is much better and working, the pain is gone, anxiety has gone down significantly and I have been eating a much wider variety of food, foods I haven't been able to tolerate for over 10 years. The acupuncture is so relaxing and the treatment has worked wonders. I feel so much better. Aily was also great in taking the time to listen and also explain things. She always gives advice, helps and spends time discussing health concerns and solutions. Very grateful for Aily! She's amazing!

I was recommended to see Aily from my Dietician. I was a bit sceptical & kept putting it off & then I finally contacted Aily as I had nothing to lose – I had been in pain since a teenager from chronic period pain – Doctor’s suspected chronic endometriosis, I also have IBS & Fructose Intolerance. My first consultation with Aily was explaining all my symptoms & the pain I had – I also gave Aily my test results for pelvic ultrasounds, blood tests, colonoscopies etc… she listened & examined my test results & began a treatment plan with Acupuncture & Chinese herbs. I was seeing Aily once a week & then I had my period – my periods are usually extremely painful where I sometimes would pass out, vomiting & triggering my IBS symptoms which is somehow connected. I take very strong pain killers to supress the pain so I can manage. On this occasion my pain was what a normal woman would feel & I didn’t need to take the strong painkillers – Panadol worked fine where in the past Panadol & Nurofen would not work for my pain – I needed something much stronger. My periods would normally last up to 9 days & on this occasion went for 6 days. I was extremely excited I didn’t experience that terrible debilitating pain where I couldn’t function or go to work!! I was really worried to take the Chinese herbs but Aily comforted & assured me it’s all natural plant based herbs – I’m so glad I did. My condition improved immensely & I started to see Aily once a fortnight & my period pain, IBS & Fructose Intolerance settled & I was managing really well. I still have to avoid foods like onion, garlic etc….for my fructose Intolerance but hopefully with Aily’s help I can slowly introduce them to my diet. I had suffered as a teenager with this terrible period pain & the Doctor’s & Gynaecologist just prescribed the pill which just masked the problem & when I stopped it due to severe migraine-like headaches the pain came back to how it was when I was a teenager!! My IBS symptoms have also settled which I’m extremely excited about. I do have the occasional tummy discomfort but no-where near what I was experiencing previously. Thank you so much Aily for making a huge difference to my life & helping me to eliminate the unnecessary pain & allowing me to continue with my job & every day duties without the debilitating pain. I have also learned from Aily from the very beginning that it’s very important to reduce stress in our lives by practising Yoga, meditation & listening to relaxation soft music before bedtime & make sure to get 7-8 hours of sleep – this helps alot. I wanted to share my experience with others whom have similar issues. Thank you so much Aily for kindly helping me.

I have been to Aily for 2 seperate issues. 6yrs ago i saw her for severe IBS. Pain, nausea, reflux, weight loss, cramps and D*! I was sufferimg for 6 months on a daiy basis. After 3 months treatment i had my life back and to this day only have symptoms once a week or during stress as opposed to every day. June 2016 i went back to see Aily for Anxiety and hormonal problems. I am very thankful to her that i am now much less stressed and able to cope with life again.

I was recommended by a friend and am so grateful that we came across Dr Aily. My son has had health issues for about 7 years suffering severe bloating causing discomfort, tummy pains, nausea, vomiting and IBS. Until now nothing has helped relieved his symptoms. From a very young age we were told to medicate- to use Parachoc and Movicol for Chronic Constipation. We have done and tried just about everything. Naturopath- IGG Food Intolerance Test Dietician - very good Encopresis Clinic - Royal Childrens Hospital (Diarise Toilet Sits) Gastroenterology Breath Hydrogen Test (Discovered he was Fructose Intolerant) Urology Physiotherapist Celiac Test Psychologist With many years taking medication his bowels were lazy and he suffered chronic constipation and Full bladder and we worked out he is Fructose Intolerant. As his symptoms hadn't relieved with Diet Change and regular toilet sits, we started seeing Dr. Aily. We decided to go down the Chinese Medicine path doing Accupuncture, Cupping and using Traditional Medicine for Digestion, Indegestion and Constipation. We have seen a lot of change in his tummy - my son is off movicol and has regular bowel movements on his own. His gas symptoms has dramatically decreased as his tummy is now flat and he feels amazing. My son was due to have a procedure (as a last resort) at the hospital - which we have now cancelled due to the significant change she has provided us. I am truly grateful and so thankful that we came across her, just shattered we didn't come across her earlier. She is AMAZING, if you are experiencing any of these above symptoms she will definately help. We have now re-introduced foods back into his diet. Very exciting times ahead... She is fantastic with children.

I was recommended to Aily by a friend. I have TMJ which causes sleeping issues, pain and a lack of energy. I had lost 5kg on my own and wanted to address these things to help continue my weight loss because I knew if I didn't it would be difficult to sustain. Don't get me wrong, you still need to change your eating habits and do some exercise but the herbs and accupuncture really help you be able to keep it going (which you need if you have a large amount to lose). 6 months and over 22kg down and I feel like I've now developed new habits to be able to continue a healthy lifestyle for life. The key is also to not give up and don't do anything extreme because life isn't a short term diet.
