I’ve had several acupuncture treatments at Elemental Chinese Medicine, and every visit has been a great experience. Alex is very detailed when asking about your condition, and his treatments are always professional and effective. On top of that, his sense of humor makes the whole session a lot more enjoyable. I was really happy to get a spot in the charity clinic this time — it helped me save quite a bit, and it’s amazing to see a practitioner (Alex)giving back to the community and helping so many people. Really appreciate it! I’d highly recommend this Chinese medicine practitioner.

I appreciate Dr. Alexander Chen. He helped me with my stiff neck and shoulder. My symptoms improved rapidly under his treatment and have not recurred. He is a really great doctor!

Doctor and staff were very professional, came here after seeing 3 doctors already and finally found out the cause of what I was going through and staff lady at the front desk was welcoming even while busy. One thing I noticed that other clinics didn't practise was privacy of the doctor stepping out whenever I had to take my shirt off which I usually don't get that luxury from healthcare clinics I visited before hand.
