Dr Helen is the most caring, gentle and knowledgeable person you will meet in the Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture industry. From aches and pains, recovery, sickness , fertility, stress and so much more. Nothing is ever a problem for her to try and assist you. I have been seeing Dr Helen for 3 years now and she has helped me with various different things and is now helping my son too with a sports injury. She offered acupuncture, cupping and has the option for you to try some herbal Chinese medicine which I HIGHLY recommend! Dr Helen is absolutely fantastic with treating all things pregnancy and fertility. I saw her regularly before and during my pregnancy. I had no morning sickness or nausea at all, she immediately made my sciatic nerve pain disappear and the occasional neck pain was gone the following day after a session with Dr Helen. She is very knowledgeable and her advice and tips were invaluable. She is also very thorough during each consultation prior to each treatment. No matter how busy her schedule was, Dr Helen always accommodated my availabilities which was very helpful. My daughter is a very content, relaxed and "chilled out" baby which I put down to a combination of the regular acupuncture sessions with Dr Helen and my meditation throughout the entirety of my pregnancy. I have used acupuncture many times over the years at other places but Dr Helen is the first acupuncturist who is always spot on with treating all my ailments effectively. I highly recommend Dr Helen.

Helen is an amazing person and truly incredible at what she does! She is professional, lovely, gentle and caring and has so much knowledge and experience. Helen performed cupping that alleviated by back soreness and acupuncture particularly for fertility which helped me fall pregnant which I will be forever grateful for. Thank you Helen! Helen is an absolutely amazing caring certified practitioner. She really is invested in achieving the optimal health outcomes for her patients and she takes time to understand and tailor treatments to individual requirements. Helen is always so positive, patient & gentle during treatments. She is so knowledgeable about the human body energy and how to treat many different ailments. She approaches treating clients holistically, naturally and extremely effectively with accupuncture, cupping, massage and Chinese herbs. 100% recommend!!!
