10/10 Cannot recommend Rach enough! I have been seeing Rach now for over a year and an half every month and being in the gym most days of the week this is super helpful for keeping injuries at bay for me. When I first rocked up earlier last year the process was very easy, Rach explained what was going to happen and any pain points to work on. By the time I’ve finished my session I always leave ready for a good nap and ready to continue training as usual the next day. Thank you Rach you’re a life saver!

Rach is excellent, so precise and communicative. Makes you feel very comfortable and I always walk out feeling so much looser and more comfortable!
