Catherine was a blessing to find. She is very knowledgeable of women’s health and in her practice of Chinese Medicine. Combined with her practice in Reiki and crystal healing she has a holistic and intuitive approach to one’s healing. She’s very thorough, honest and met me where I was at; giving me practical and affordable suggestions that I could implement on a daily basis and also empowering me to take responsibility for my health. Where to even start. I have had debilitating back pain for many years, I have tried many modalities and acupuncture gives me the most relief from my sciatic back pain. Catherine took the time to listen and identify the areas that needed the most work and I love that she does the cupping as well as that really helps the treatment work so much better for me. I have been several times getting increased relief each time to where it's manageable now. It's also helped with sleep issues and stress. I'd highly recommend Catherine to anyone who's needing an Acupuncturist on the Sunshine Coast, or if you haven't tried acupuncture, Catherine is very gentle and welcoming and makes you feel heard, and genuinely cares about helping. I'm so grateful I came across Caloundra Acupuncture, I'm more mobile, in less pain, sleep better and have the capacity to be a better me when not in pain.

I have been going to Catherine for about a year now for fertility support with the best results possible. Catherine is a wealth of knowledge, and draws on not only Chinese Medicine but other modalities she is qualified in. Catherine is my go-to practitioner, for not just pregnancy health and support, but for many other complaints that may arise - sore back, headaches, stress etc. Catherine has coached me mentally, spiritually, physically and often we just have a good old laugh together. I am now healthily 17 weeks pregnant. Once I became pregnant Catherine continued to shine with nauseas relief, energy balancing and body work. She is a beautiful person and has a deep sense of passion for her work. I feel Catherine will always be a part of my health care regime and I recommend her wholeheartedly.

I've been going to Catherine for years now. She has fixed multiple elbow, neck and shoulder issues as they have come up easily. Catherine is always friendly and accommodating with a busy schedule and the preventative maintenance is one of the best choices I've made!
