I had a sprained neck for about a week and nothing seemed to work. I tried multiple physios and painkillers but didn’t get much relief. After just two sessions with Dr Yang, using Chinese massage and herbal patches, I could finally move my neck properly again and sleep much better....highly recommend!

Dr Yang is quite good at a range of things from body pain to appetite/digestion, I’ve also done acupuncture for my morning sickness which really helps too. He’s a very nice and flexible practitioner to deal with. Even offers to do treatment from his place in canning vale which made it more convenient for us.

I had been suffering from lower back pain for a long time. Despite trying various treatments such as remedial massage, chiropractic care, and physiotherapy, I found no relief. However, after undergoing four sessions of acupuncture, I finally experienced significant relief from my back pain.

Been seeing Dr. Young for 15 years, on and off, for mental health, sports injuries, and to support general wellness, improve digestion, alleviate fatigue etc. During these years his treatments have almost always been very effective. His pricing for acupuncture is very fair, and proper custom-tailored Chinese herbal medicine won't be found much cheaper anywhere else.

I went to Catching Young when i was 39 - i had had 2 miscarriages and was yearning to have a baby. His rooms were in Northbridge at the time and it was like an oasis - he has since moved to Highgate. He spoke little English but his daughter was there who translated. He looked at my tongue. Showed me a letter that a previous client had written- with almost a similar story to mine- eerily enough I had not said anything to him other than i wanted to lose weight- nothing about babies. I was recommended to have a course of acupuncture and take a concoction of herbs that tasted foul. Within 2 months - i conceived. I went to him when i had severe nausea with pregnancy- he gave me acupuncture once to treat the nausea and thats all i needed. I recommended him to s friend who was 40 and had fertility issues - she too had success within a short period of time. Well worth it. My M-inlaw also noted a positive mood change with me when I first started acupuncture prior to pregnancy. I highly recommend Catching Young for fertility issues for older mums
