After years of ineffective treatments, aggravating massage experiences, and two serious motorcycle accidents involving multiple surgeries and long-term scar issues, his work produced results that were not only noticeable but lasting. I first saw David in May 2021 when he was practising in Sydney, after a 2015 motorcycle accident left me with a severe SLAP tear in my left shoulder. I chose not to have surgery at the time, and working as a chef meant that it was constantly aggravated. Previous acupuncture had not helped, and massages often made things worse. What stood out immediately was how precise and considered his treatment was. The improvement in my shoulder and upper back held over time. For the first time, treatment felt targeted rather than generic, and I became a regular client because the results justified it. After a major accident in October 2022 that required hospitalisation and multiple surgeries, I returned to him initially for scar therapy. That quickly expanded into ongoing muscular treatment while I was in both pre- and post-surgical physiotherapy protocols. The difference in the scars he treated compared to those we did not get to before his relocation is clear. A surgical scar on my wrist that had been operated on three times is now barely noticeable. Beyond appearance, he significantly reduced scar sensitivity, working alongside the desensitisation guidance provided by surgeons and occupational therapists. It never felt like an alternative to medical care, but an intelligent complement to it. He has also helped me manage recurring plantar fasciitis and seasonal allergies, reinforcing that his understanding extends beyond injury recovery. What ultimately distinguishes David is not just technique, but how he listens and how clearly he understands the body as a connected system. If you are unsure about acupuncture, or you have tried it before without success, I cannot recommend Dr David White highly enough.

David is an absolute master with an impressive understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine. His treatments are highly effective and my rotator cuff injury has now healed. I have recommended David to many friends.

I have been going to David regularly for about 7 years and I have been so happy to be treated by him. He is caring, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He has helped to have amazing deep sleeps and also relieve neck and shoulder tension from my work. He also helped me build up after pregnancy and babies. I would highly recommend David and I am so sad that he has left Sydney! I don’t think I will be able to find an acupuncturist like him again, thank you for everything David :)
