I had the most relaxing massage with Sascha! As someone that rarely gets a massage, I wasn't sure what to expect. Sascha made me feel so welcome and comfortable for the whole process. Sascha asked exactly what I wanted and tailored the massage to suit my needs. My muscles and joints felt so relaxed afterwards and I had the best sleep! I even got to sip on a cup of tea after my massage in the beautiful outdoor area! Thanks so much Sascha & Bec for a beautiful experience. Prša Roszak Wellness are so passionate about what they do. Will definitely be booking in as a regular customer :)

I had my first massage with Sascha after meeting both himself and Bec as part of the Lift42days challenge at my gym. Sascha's knowledge of the human body and movement allowed him to recommend a suitable treatment for me after an initial assessment. Sascha was able to identify all the areas where I had muscle soreness and was able to apply the right amount of pressure to provide me with much needed relief. He also provided recommendations on I can do at home to prevent recurring tightness in the same areas and to improve my mobility. The bonus was that I slept so well that night and woke up the next day feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day! Highly recommended!

Highly recommended! Sascha is an amazingly skilled massage therapist. Sascha's treatment helped with my back pain and I have left feeling relieved from tight muscles, knots and soreness. Rebecca is by far my favorite acupuncturist in the Sunshine Coast! Rebecca is kind and really cares about what she does. Rebecca’s treatments have been assisting me with fatigue, hormonal health, fertility and emotional support.

Sascha was amazing. Very informative, thorough, friendly and caring. The environment is perfect. Beautifully decorated and appointed. And the massage was AMAZING. It was absolutely amazing. Sascha has skills. 5 star experience and I will be going back for more.
