This year has been about learning how to rest and receive - as a practitioner and as a mother. Each session with Katrina has not only opened me up to deeper levels of rest but also to deeper channels of receiving messages and guidance for my life and my work. We have worked with my hormones and circulation and also a recurring pain. Feeling the pain leave the moment she inserts the needles has been amazing! My body responds so well to each session and definitely lets me know when I need to come back.
