I don’t know how good the medical skills are, but the service is really poor. I came here for the first time today. My friend recommended it. My mistake was that I didn’t make an appointment. I went to the front desk of the clinic and told us that we must make an appointment. I can understand it. I also asked the reception lady if it could be done. Ask the doctor, we can wait. It was 2:52pm at this time, but the front desk did not go in to help us ask the doctor. They just told us to wait first. Then nearly 20 minutes later, I asked again, and the reception lady told me to see Will the 3:30 guest come? If not, you can see a doctor. If they come, it won't work. It means we have to wait for another 15-20 minutes. I asked her politely if she could call. I want to ask if the guests at 3:30pm are sure to come? If the guest comes, we won't wait and can make an appointment for the next time. What's funny is that the reception lady told me that she has no way to call the guest. She doesn't have the guest's phone number. Is this really a professional reception way of doing things? Moreover, her attitude throughout the whole process was extremely blunt and she didn't want to communicate at all. She also told me that Chinese medicine usually requires an hour of consultation. If you are a local Westerner, maybe your rhetoric may work, but as a Chinese, we all know a little bit about Chinese medicine. Without pushing the patient to do acupuncture and massage, pulse auscultation only takes 10-20 minutes, and more of the waiting time is in the preparation of Chinese medicine, so I will not evaluate the doctor's medical skills, but reception lady's This set of rhetoric really makes me unable to understand.

When I have any Chinese herb medicine requirements. This clinic is always the first one I seek for help. The staff there are very helpful and friendly. They always have the herbs that I wanted. Definitely recommend this clinic over the others on the Goldie.

Effective treatments from Charlie and Woody…but it took sooooo long to get the medicine such a waste of time
