Kristie was recommended to me by my midwife and I’m very happy I went to see her. I was having debilitating back pain that was really restricting me being active in my third trimester and after seeing Kristie the pain completely vanished. I wish I went to see her earlier on in my pregnancy! She is great and I always feel very relaxed and rejuvenated after seeing her! Would highly recommend if you are pregnant
I first saw Kristie in early 2023 whilst pregnant and have had regular acupuncture sessions with her since then. She has helped me with issues such as hormonal imbalance, heavy/painful periods, stress, constipation, thyroid issues, allergies/congestion, neck pain, bells palsy and also helped to facilitate a smooth birth with my daughter. Her approach is gentle, individualised and purposeful. She goes above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable during our sessions and I always leave feeling deeply rested and restored. I highly recommend Kristie to anyone looking to optimise wellness in their body, mind and spirit.
