I just had a one-hour sports massage at Life Wellness in Subiaco and honestly, it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The session actually felt longer than an hour (which I definitely wasn’t complaining about!). Dema, my therapist, had incredibly soft hands but applied a firm, perfectly balanced pressure throughout. She really listened to what I mentioned about pain in my mid-back, neck, and shoulders, giving those areas extra attention while still working thoroughly across the rest of my body. The environment was calm and peaceful, and I felt relaxed from the moment I walked in. Dema was also very friendly and welcoming, and finishing the session with ginger tea and a Ferrero Rocher was such a lovely touch. Amazing experience and incredible value for money. I’ll definitely be returning.

Chika is absolutely amazing! She is an exceptional remedial therapist. Her knowledge, passion, and ability to release deep pain and tension is incredible. She takes the time to understand what’s going on in your body and the results speak for themselves. I always leave feeling so much better. Highly recommend!

Life Wellness is the best remedial massage clinic in Perth. I have been getting remedial for over 6 years and Life Wellness has consistently got the best trained, most friendly, and the amazing staff. Elsa Chang and Tshering Choden I can't recommend enough! The rooms and atmosphere are beautiful and the massage is high quality. I have gotten friends and coworkers to come here and they all love it. 100% would recommend.

I arrived to my Remedial Massage with Chica with a frozen lower back and lack of mobility in the whole body. Her knowledge and genuine interest in helping me were extremely beneficial. She combined skills and intuition to deliver the most efficient massage of my life, no joke. I am definitely coming back and, of course, with Chica.
