I arrived for my first appointment with Tessa wearing my shoulders as earrings, with ongoing tension headaches and intermittent insomnia. Tessa is expertly skilled, warm, dynamic and highly intuitive. I found the treatment to be deeply restorative and the results offered me enormous relief. Tessa has made me feel better with every visit. I contacted Tessa in desperate need for help with migraines and TMJ pain. I have a missaligned bite and because I grind my teeth a lot these jaw muscles get very tight. I also have poor posture and Tessa can definitely help with this too. Tessa handles the cups amazing and really loosens up the muscles. The cupping therapy provides benefits for posture and really frees up heapa of movement. Tessa is very friendly and so caring. I have been to many people to help with migraines and posture in general and none have came close to what Tessa does. Highly reccomend this lovely person!

I’ve had so much pain and tension from physical activity and Tessa has worked her magic and made it so much better. Cupping has changed my life! I found Tessa after a myotherapist did some cupping and I found instant relief. I wasn’t sure what kind of appointment I needed, as I wanted something that would focus on my hips as well as my TMJ (jaw) as I knew that was contributing to my regular migraines. I emailed Tessa to ask and she promptly responded and booked me in. She was kind, lovely, and wickedly funny from the start, which was brilliant as I had no idea what to expect but put me immediately at ease. We did my TMJ in the first session which was incredible and I knew it was helping - and how tight those muscles were. It made an immediate difference and I was hooked. She’s amazing at what she does and made a huge difference to my jaw clenching, neck and shoulder tightness, back, and hips. If you’re not sure, give one session a go. I would recommend Tessa to anyone - she genuinely wants to help people feel better and loves a challenge. Book now as she’s only in Melbourne two days a week and her appointments book out quickly!

I went to Tessa at the recommendation of another professional who had been trying to help me with a persistent TMJ problem. I often found some mild relief with other treatments so wasn't expecting much more. I was shocked at how immediately effective Tessa's cupping treatment was. Instead of maintenance sessions I feel like a couple of these treatments and the issue might go away completely. Amazing. I highly recommend for anyone prepared to put up with a little short term pain for long term relief.
