I am a surgeon and thank Benson for his care and attention His treatments has enabled me to continue operating He is world class! The only thing he lacks is publicity! He flies under the radar. Do not hesitate to consult him if you have musculoskeletal problems.
While benson was lovely he did not actually assist on the areas which were noted to be causing fatigue. I went in mentioning how my legs were extremely tight from sport and were no longer able to function highly due to them fatiguing fast / not being able to stretch due to high tension area; also noted was tight shoulders. This is the first time I have gone to an acupuncturist who did not put a needle in any of the affected areas.. in total three needles were used, two in my lower back and one in my knee. An hour was booked to which a lot of time was spent explaining how body was out of line and the after the three needles were done benson proceeded to work on areas which were not required. In total, benson ended up extending our time and charging extra while preforming random tasks like massaging my face to correct my ‘panda eyes’ but once again not going anywhere near the areas affected. While benson was very nice, I have been left with a sour taste which has ultimately led me to leave this review as I paid $200 to walk away with my legs still fatigued and the issues not resolved - the first time I’ve left an acupuncturist not feeling assisted
I had an absolute amazing experience today with Benson. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough. He has helped me resolve the issue I had and so much more that I didn’t even realise were bothering me. He has also showed me how to prevent the issue from coming back. I’d go back to see him and I’d recommend him to anyone that has pain. Thank you
