I have been seeing Laura of Nautilus Acupuncture for over a year. I was initially looking for alternative therapy for health and wellbeing post cancer treatment. Laura previously worked in the field of western medicine, which made me comfortable when deciding to try eastern medicine and treatments. During the past 12 months, I have also had acupuncture for hip pain and sinus issues. I continue to see Laura regularly for stress management. She is such a kind, caring and compassionate person. Nautilus Acupuncture is my go to place to “fill my cup”. Laura also organises retreats, yoga events and other special events, which are always so wonderful and definitely enriching for the body and soul. I have also had the pleasure of being treated by Heidi on a couple of occasions. I highly recommend both Laura and Heidi of Nautilus Acupuncture.

Laura is a brilliant acupuncturist with a caring nature and the added bonus of being a registered nurse brings an even greater level of knowledge and professionalism. She takes the time to really understand you and your health issues, and the great results I have had from my treatments with her are testament to her exceptional skills. I would highly recommend Laura to anyone searching for an acupuncturist on the Sunshine Coast.

I have been visiting Laura for Acupuncture after having my little girl for muscle pain and for my anxiety. It's been a wonderful journey I have always felt very comfortable and relaxed everytime I have had a session. Laura is a beautiful amazing lady who has made me feel so special and loved everytime I see her, while also making me feel so much better in my body and calmer in my mind. Absolute genius! I had THE WORST bout of covid in December 2023... contacted Laura to get some of her super powerful Vitamin C and she also got me onto some INCREDIBLE Chinese herbs... Within less than 5 days, my sinuses were better than they had been before I'd gotten sick AND I had energy, felt so much better and can't believe the improvement. Laura offered check-ins so she could alter my dosage and timing and I can't say how much I appreciate it!
