I was looking for something to relax and reset after a few stressful work days in Hobart and I spontaneously booked a 2 hr experience just before my flight back to Sydney. It was the best decision I could have made! I went for 1 hr communcal bath house to start with, but as it happened, there was no one there mid day, mid week, so I had the beautiful infra-red sauna to myself, and how good is the Bluetooth! I just played my favourite relaxation music, it was great. The hot tub is spacious, the ice bath, just perfect for what it is, and the whole outdoor area is welcoming, clean and calming. I then had a relaxing massage with sound bath and I jest really loved the environment where treatments are performed. The light, the mood, the decoration, the attention to the detail of the Owner (who actually dedicates you full attention), all the little touches - make this place unique. Do yourself a favour and make sure you include Nova Holistic Spa in your Tassie itinerary. And if you're a Hobart local, you're lucky it's there for your to enjoy.
The bathhouse area is such a beautiful space! So nice going between the ice bath, sauna and magnesium spa in your own time. I had a relaxation massage afterwards which was incredible! Highly recommend! I will definitely be coming back!!!
My boyfriend and I had a fabulous time at the spa. It was nicely decorated and peaceful. The infrared sauna was hot, the ice bath cold and the magnesium infused hot tub a lovely place to recover between ice baths and spending time in the sauna. The staff were very welcoming. We are traveling from the states and will definitely come back the next time we are in Hobart!
Perfect pressure for relaxation massage. Quiet, gentle, soft personalities with no chit chat during massage. This was a gift for my sister's 50th birthday, exactly as needed and expected. Little underground den was warm and inviting.
Amazing experience. The atmosphere was Zen like.. I had wonderful customer service from Marie. Will definitely come past once I'm back in Hobart. Thank you Nikki for the exclusive experience 🙏🏾❣️
