Michelle and the team at Ova (I go to both Camp Hill and Hendra!) have had such a huge and positive influence on my health. I can’t explain how much easier life feels now that I am having regular cycles and more manageable PMS experience and predictability in my hormonal fluctuations. I will never miss a monthly appointment because it’s truly just that important to my lifestyle and schedule to feel more like myself for more days of the month. Can’t thank you all enough!
