We came to Mooloolaba on holiday to visit my kids, and at my daughter's suggestion, we decided to try a treatment with Payne. Both my wife and I were experiencing some neck and back pain. After the first treatment, we purchased a package for both of us. Ami is incredibly skilled. After listening to our concerns, she was able to address them brilliantly. She clearly understands the body and knows where to intervene to reduce tension or eliminate pain. I've personally tried both the massage and acupuncture. Each time, I felt significantly better after the treatment. We'll definitely be back.
My treatment with Ami was sensational. It’s hard to find someone who truly knows what they’re doing when you’ve been in real pain, but Ami’s skill and understanding made all the difference. She listened, explained everything clearly, and worked with real precision and care. I walked out feeling lighter, more mobile, and confident that I’m finally on the right path. Highly recommend.
I suffered with sciatica pain prior to my visit and could get no relief from physios. My body finally felt relief after Troy worked on the tight muscles. I returned after 2 years for a tweak and will make a point of seeing him when I return for another holiday. I highly recommend Troy Payne.

Ami is a miracle worker when it comes to Japanese Acupuncture & massage. She helped me immensely years ago for an ankle injury after travelling & I’ve never had a problem with it since. I found her again recently & she is helping with knees & back. Have had a couple of massage sessions & from the first to the second I noticed a huge improvement. Today I had acupuncture & she is truly amazing, I thought she was going to have to use a thousand needles but she knows the spot & that one spot heals so much. I highly recommend her & if you haven’t tried Japanese Acupuncture then do yourself a favour & book an appointment with Ami you won’t be disappointed.
