I am an acupuncture client. I came three years ago whilst I was pregnant with my 3rd child. I recently came back after I've injured my shoulder at the gym. I am also getting treatments for my RSI having worked in front of the computer for more than 20 years. I am so happy with the results. It has really sped up the healing process of my neck/shoulder/arm and hands! I also like the honey and tea they sell. They have a lot of products that are environmentally friendly and cruelty free. It's a great healing place.Friendly and wonderful reception! Highly recommended!
While the location itself is beautiful and exudes a peaceful atmosphere upon arrival, my experience took a turn when I met Jacinta. I came with high expectations as she was recommended by a midwife, I regrettably found myself feeling uncomfortable in her presence. I've been suffering from a painful impingement nerve in my leg during my whole pregnancy, I had hoped for a sense of relief and relaxation, yet instead, I felt judged rather than supported. Jacinta's approach fell short of what I expected in terms of being friendly and informative... Considering the the discrepancy between the service provided and the $150 fee charged, I believe there is room for improvement in the overall experience provided.
My daughter has been going to Jacinda for years. She has chronic pelvic pain and tried everything that doctors and specialists recommended. Nothing could help her and then she found Jacinda. She is now able to live a happy healthy life and do things that young people should be able to do without being debilitated with pain every single day. She is very professional & a lovely lady, I highly recommend her.
Jacinda is just wonderful. I have been seeing her for a few years now and her expertise and care are second to none - I always leave feeling heard, understood and most of all feeling better. Sandy in reception is lovely and will always fit you in when you need an appointment.
