I seriously cannot recommend Rachel enough. I’ve been seeing her since August 2025, and she truly has magic hands. I’ve struggled for years with irregular periods due to PCOS, along with cyst ruptures and pain. I started seeing Rachel to help with pain management, cycle regulation, and support my fertility journey. Before working with her, I would go months without a period. Since seeing Rachel consistently, my cycles are regular every single month something I never thought would happen. Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. She really listens and makes you feel supported every step of the way. I’m so grateful for the progress I’ve made and highly recommend her to anyone dealing with hormonal or fertility challenges.

Rachel is amazing 🤩 she creates a beautiful wholistic safe and calming environment that has changed my world the past 18months. Rachel is knowledgeable beyond words, her intuition to the female body is insane, and her nature in how she holds space and treats you is just something else. I've been going to Rach for acupuncture for a couple of years now and I wouldn't recommend anyone but herself! Rachel's expansive knowledge and her incredible skills has helped me immensely in my journey with chronic illness. She creates such a safe space to relax and receive high quality care and healing. I’ve been seeing Rachel for about a year and a half now, and I honestly can’t overstate the impact she’s had on my life. She has supported me through coming off long-term birth control and navigating significant hormonal changes, and I’ve felt genuinely held, listened to, and cared for every step of the way. I have been seeing Rachel off and on for the past year for various reasons. I always leave feeling like I’ve been listened to with genuine care and love of what she does. I love arriving home and thinking “wow I can’t believe that pain has subsided” I sleep better. I feel more relaxed every time I leave. Life and work gets so busy that we forget to look after ourselves and wait too long to book in. Then when we do book in we are so grateful after our treatments and wish we had booked sooner. It’s the only place where I have no choice but to stop for an hour and chill out while getting treatment. Two birds one stone. Thanks Rach you’re the best.
