Back in March 2025 I experienced the most painful electric nerve pain on the left side of my face. Firstly I saw my dentist who confirmed it was not a nerve tooth issue. Then I consulted my GP who started treatment of a medication until I could see a Neurologist. After having a MRI the Neurologist stated I had Trigeminal Neuralgia and started my on treatment drugs one of which caused a very bad reaction. Even though I have been on medication since March 2025 the nerve pain would not ease and there were weeks that I felt like I was back at square one. Every few months my medication was increased. On the 24th of April 2026, I decided to call Results Acupuncture as I have know Francesco and he has helped me for other issues. With his many years experience and after I provided him with all my history he has been able to provide a treatment plan that is looking at what is causing problem rather than the symptoms. My pain levels reduced after a few sessions and with his treatment plan the pain reduced every day and now I have been pain free for over a week. Francesco has me in the right direction to start enjoying my life again and enjoy eating, something I have not been doing.

For over two and a half years I had an awful mucus cough. I was given courses of antibiotics and steroids for possible infections, reflux, reverse reflux etc, all to no avail. I saw two lung specialists and did lung function tests, which were just horrible, only to be told I simply had a cough, there was even the suggestion my cough was psychosomatic. I would carry around a nasal spray, throat gargle and cough medicine in my handbag, even a puffer although I have never had asthma or hay fever. It was so distressing and awful for my family. Quite by accident I thought about trying acupuncture and came across Results Acupuncture at Balmoral. What a difference and what a relief. I am now in my fourth week of treatment and have about a 50% improvement, acupuncture once or twice a week combined with Chinese herbs. A huge thank you to Dr Pennisi, he is highly recommended, not only for great results but also for his kind and caring nature. Jenny

I have been going to acupuncture for few months now and love the service Dr. Francesco and Tina provide. I always leave feeling relaxed and calm. With his acupuncture sessions and the support of some Chinese herbs he recommended my overall health and fertility has improved. Thank you

Highly Recommend! I use to travel to Alex Hills but now he is also located at Balmoral! It’s prefect for me as I work and live closer to the city.
