Went to this doctor clinic as it is an after hours doctor to get some dressings changed. Made it very clear on the booking form that this is what the appointment was for. Went in, doctor palmed me off to the nurse then proceeded to not be able to find her for half an hour. Once they found her, she left my skin in worse condition then when I came in and proceeded to tell me to go to a different doctor to get it dressed properly. Will never be using this clinic again. If you would like a doctor that is on time and actually cares, this is not the place for it.

Firstly - the staff at reception are lovely. Made to feel very welcome and everything was made smooth etc whilst going through difficult circumstances regarding my health & wellbeing. I initially saw a doctor that began a plan & sent me off to get a scans. However coming back I was unable to see the same doctor & was sat in front of a female doctor that didn’t even bother to introduce herself…. I later learned through a friend who says there are multiple people that refuse to see her - her name is Doctor Galena. Communication was shocking, I wasn’t able to explain anything to this person regarding my symptoms. I felt like she felt like I was ‘whinging’ she probably felt like I was being difficult? - who knows. I tried to ask whether I required scans on both legs as it had only been one initially & the response I got was - “do you pay for them?” Excuse me?! Trying to make me feel a certain way about using the Australian Medicare system?? I don’t even know what to make of that statement.. Long story short - I walked out. Later learned that multiple people have had issues. Today I used chatGPT to interpret my results and even the AI system communicated more thoroughly, clearly and compassionately about how I can get better. I don’t usually write reviews like these… but people go to see doctors, often at the lowest points in their lives… if this saves one person the elevated blood pressure - I’m glad for it

Booked a Telehealth appointment in the morning which I was never called for. After 30minutes I call the clinic and am informed that the GP does all her Telehealth at end of day? What’s the point of booking times then? I then book an in person appointment in which the GP was 35minutes late too. No apologies for wasting my entire morning. Won’t get started on how difficult it was to get a simple repeating script that I’ve been on for years and years.

Sometime ago I went to this clinic, I was left in the acupuncture room alone with needles on my body. I felt very dizzy and really unwell, so I called the doctor many times out loud and nobody came to see me. So I walked to Reception to ask for help as I was really unwell and the receptionist which was also the nurse did not sit me down as a safety precaution at all. As a nurse this person did not comply with her duty of care and neither did the doctor who left me unattended. The nurse just walked me back to the acupuncture room without providing any emergency assistance and on the way back I fainted, and hit my head on the floor. I had a big bump on my head and needed to have MRI scans done to check my brain and head. All this due to a lack of care and no supervision of patients. This was a seriously UNSAFE practice to me and an absolutely horrible and terrifying experience that I have to go though! I do not wish this to anyone! This is my own experience which is true and I have documentation to prove this all. I just really wanted to warn people about this acupuncture clinic, as I would have liked knowing it too. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone and I wish I had NEVER stepped foot in this place! If you care about your health STAY AWAY!!!!

The acupuncture service is bulk billed, which makes it affordable and accessible, but the consultations are very brief — Dr Wu’s “examination” was under a minute before treatment began, with a suggestion to return the next day. It gives the impression of a high-volume, business-focused clinic rather than a personalised approach. If you’re simply looking for free acupuncture, it’s reasonable, but don’t expect an in-depth consultation or follow-up.
