Unfortunately based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this clinic. I called to cancel an appointment, leaving a message. Someone called me back to confirm I wished to cancel. I called again, leaving another message saying YES, I need to cancel. I called again to check that the cancellation had been made, and was assured it was. I then received a text reminder for the session that I had now cancelled 3 times, so I called AGAIN to cancel. I then got called and told I'd missed my appointment! I emailed the clinic to let them know about this experience as it made me anxious and stressed, and have received no reply. I had a further issue that I would have preferred to discussed in person with the clinic owner, that being that I felt uncomfortable being alone in the clinic in the evening with a male practitioner. Had I known that there would be no other people there, I would have preferred a different appointment. I don't know of any health/medical clinics who's OHS policy would allow this to happen. Unfortunately I feel too anxious about the situation to return, and I am disappointed that no-one bothered to follow up on my complaint/concern.

Unfortunately I came with acute pain and I had acupuncture attached to a tens machine and it did absolutely nothing. Very disappointing as I had high hopes!! Waste of $130.

I went to Giles with an ear infection. He did acupuncture and gave me a herbal mix to take. It began to clear up within a couple of days. He was very friendly and took great care I'm treating me. I wouldn't hesitate I'm recommending him. Thanks Giles!

A quiet and unassuming building as you walk in realise that it houses very skilled practitioners, with their ability to make you feel at ease and treat you with an exceptionally high level of professionalism.

I had such an wonderful experience seeing Lauren at this clinic. You can tell she’s a very experienced acupuncturist and Chinese medicine practitioner. She listened sympathetically to my issues with stress and trauma. She understood the ways this is showing up in my body and explained how we could balance things out. I felt so well looked after and was amazed how calm I felt in the days that followed :)
