I’ve been seeing Sharon for the past three months after struggling with skin irritation from allergies, bloating, and constant low energy. Sharon recommended hair testing, which helped identify food intolerances and what I needed to avoid. WOW. My vitality and mobility have gone up 10 notches. I feel almost normal! Sharon has an extensive toolkit of skills to solve human discomfort and health challenges. I had a bowen treatment, had a lovely heart to heart chat and felt so supported and cared for. I’ve been seeing Sharon for roughly 4 months and it has been incredible how quickly my health has changed ! Originally I went to Sharon for help with bloating and severe abdominal pain, which was causing issues around lethargy, skin problems and other health concerns. After a food allergy test and Sharon’s beautiful herbal mixes my health was improving within weeks. Sharon has also helped me with some female troubles around hormones and abnormal Pap results and now 4months in my health has never been better and my results are clear after years of abnormal results! Sharon is a beautiful soul and really takes the time to help, providing knowledge and support in all areas!

I highly recommend Sharon, she is so knowledgeable, kind and trustworthy. I started seeing Sharon a few months ago when I was really unwell and I can honestly say she has made such a difference to my life. She goes above and beyond while taking the time to listen and understand your individual needs. The compatibility report she uses takes all the guess work out of what food and household products to avoid and even after only a short time, I can see the difference in my health. Overall I am beyond happy with my experience with Sharon and couldn't recommend her enough.

I had the pleasure of meeting Sharon for the first time today and regardless whether I see results or not, Sharon was awesome! I’m going through a rough patch at the moment and Sharon picked up on that, making me feel so comfortable as she showed no judgment of my issues, rather offering encouragement and advice on what I could do. She even gave me the warmest hug on the way out, which I greatly appreciated 😊 Safe to say, I’m looking forward to my future appointments with Sharon and I can’t wait to see my improvements :)
