I have visited the clinic twice now, once for acupuncture and herbs and another time today for herbal treatments. The patient care I received was amazing, and I felt reassured and understood every step of the way by both the student and senior master practitioners. The reception was quick, efficient and my appointment was easy to book online.

I recently visited for acupuncture and was thoroughly impressed. The clinic's atmosphere is calming, and the staff are welcoming, setting a relaxed tone right from the start. They combines professional expertise with genuine care, making it an excellent choice for anyone interested in acupuncture or traditional Chinese medicine. Highly recommended for those looking to improve their health and wellness.

I have been going for acupuncture for the last 6 months and I'm sooo grateful as a student that the prices are so affordable. I have chronic back pain from an old RSI injury that causes frozen shoulder, neck and headaches, so I need regular acupuncture for flare ups (which is every other week). The prices mean that I can access treatment much more regularly and relieve pain. As it's a teaching clinic, it can take 3-4hours (they say 2h but it usually isn't), especially if you get the herb consultation on Sunday and there is a long queue for that particular supervisor who is a herbs expert. The skills vary by which student is treating you. The majority are great, and each consultation is followed by a supervisor checking and adjusting the student's diagnosis and treatment plan. I'd recommend finding a student (or a few) you like and sticking to them, so you save time not having to repeat yourself explaining your symptoms. It has been such a godsend for my muscoloskeletal pain. So grateful for this clinic!

The TCM doctor taught the Chinese intern who did not understand what “ sepsis” was as “亂經(menstruation messed up” when I was the patient. Please do not visit here. Half star is too kind for it. I used to go there often for about 1 year since its cheaper cost for massage and acupuncture. A few sessions for their Chinese medicine consultation as well. The only advice I could get if you don't want to receive the same horrible experience is not to speak any Mandarin even if they intend to converse with you in Mandarin. I was coerced into the treatment bed as a student who wanted to introduce some sperm donors to me as I said I am 35 and do not plan to be pregnant. I got the response “Oh, you can't. You have such a high quality of eggs. “ I was in the treatment bed so can't say much. I felt quite unright that they didn't do their job well but bothered patients' privacy. I also got asked if I love to have herbs when I didn't feel like it. Some students were already at TCM practitioners in China. They forgot here in Australia, medical professionals help you but not more than you. My feet were grabbed for treatment roughly by a mature student one time before the consultation began. Maybe he wanted to show off that he could know my symptoms by taking my pulse before I said anything. I was also given incorrect advice by another female mature student. Sometimes, some of their practitioners do not do their supervisory job well. I was told to have a certain diet and the next instructor found out it was totally wrong for my body. They also had a messy booking system. Never been punctured in terms of taking patients. Massage sessions are a hit-and-miss. I was told to sign their papers twice as some interns did not have enough patients. Do not go there if you have sufficient money for acupuncture treatment.
