I booked an appointment with Christin after seeing all the positive reviews on here and I was not disappointed! At my first appointment, she was very attentive and respectful, and made sure that I was comfortable with the treatment, especially since I hadn't had much experience with acupuncture prior and I find anything medical related quite anxiety inducing! I've continued seeing Christin for a few months now and I really appreciate the wholistic approach she takes with her practice to ensure her patients issues are addressed fully. She doesn't just rely on traditional acupuncture but incorporates a range of Chinese medicine tecniques to treat issues. I've recommended her to my friends and I don't plan on seeing any other practitioner so I hope she's not going anywhere anytime soon!

I went to see Christin after being diagnosed with shingles for the first (and hopefully last) time. I had always considered acupuncture for TMJ, but I was too nervous to try it. However, the nerve pain from shingles was enough to push me to give it a go — I was desperate for relief. From the moment I walked in, Christin and the whole vibe of the clinic were so welcoming and calming. The acupuncture was nowhere near as scary as I imagined and was actually incredibly relaxing, which surprised me. Christin uses a variety of treatments, and I always left feeling much calmer. Because of the nerve pain, we started with two sessions a week and then moved to one per week. It has definitely helped — I am now a converted fan of acupuncture and recommend it to everyone I speak to. My nerve pain has pretty much gone, and she has even treated my TMJ, which I noticed an improvement in after just one session. I highly recommend anyone who is unsure whether it will work to give it a try. Christin is so welcoming and really listens to any concerns. I actually look forward to my sessions now — even though I still get a little nervous at the thought of the needles, it’s only fleeting and I’m soon relaxing on the table.

I have had such a great acupuncture appointments and I would recommend this practice. My therapist Christine is incredibly knowledgeable, really listened to my concerns and tailored each treatment to exactly what I needed at the time. I felt genuinely cared for throughout the whole process. The sessions have helped me immensely with my headaches, sprained ankle, sore back ... - the improvement has been remarkable. Highly recommended.

I have recently had two exceptional acupuncture sessions at The Bright Side Family Acupuncture Clinic at Wilston. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The space was calm and inviting which immediately set the tone for relaxation. My practitioner, Christin was incredibly knowledgeable, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained each step of the process. I appreciated how thorough and professional she was, making sure I was comfortable throughout. Her techniques, many and varied, were gentle yet effective, and I could certainly feel a real difference even after my first session. After the second treatment, I’ve already noticed a significant improvement. I highly recommend Christin to anyone considering acupuncture—especially if you’re new to it or looking for a skilled practitioner who truly cares about her clients.

I’ve been seeing Christin for the past 2 years and found her to be a very warm and personable healthcare provider. I’d never had acupuncture before and she talked me through the process and reassured me to make sure I felt comfortable. Ever since I have loved acupuncture! She is a fount of knowledge from acupuncture to herbal medicine and lifestyle changes. She has really worked with me to find solutions that work for me, and I feel very comfortable talking with her about any of my health needs. I’d highly recommend anyone see Christin, she has helped me immensely!
