Amy and her staff at The Wellness Clinics are absolutely fantastic in many respects. They are friendly, flexible and overall customer service is second to none. I’ve had 20 sessions for prolapse treatment, and I could definitely vouch that it worked and has helped me gained my confidence back. My pelvic floor muscles have become stronger and I could feel that my symptoms have lessened over time. Many thanks Amy and team for your great support. I highly recommend their services to anyone wishing to go on a wellness journey.

Wellness Clinic has helped me improve with my pelvic floor strength ( post 3 kids ) tremendously. FMS therapy is such an effective and easy treatment to incorporate into my schedule for the treatment of incontinence post partum. The team is highly professional, empathetic and knowledgeable. The clinic is beautiful, clean and very relaxing. Highly recommend this clinic for the management of incontinence.

I’ve had 3 X 90 minute sessions with Ayu and they have been valuable to my physical and mental well being. As recommended by Ayu, I will continue to have this valuable treatment regularly. They have been effective to drainage of fluid/bloating from my body, as well as reactivating/increasing blood circulation. I would highly recommend this treatment and Anya to anyone who wants their body working more efficiently.

After the birth of my first child I was diagnosed with a prolapse and honestly the only option from drs was surgery, which for many of my friends didn’t have the best outcomes. I was hesitant at first but after a very informative consultation I felt seen and understood. Only a few sessions later and I can no longer feel my prolapse, and the heaviness and my back pain are gone. I can’t recommend this treatment enough. If you’re a new mum like myself or have pelvic floor issues, this place is life changing!!
