I have been seeing Dr.Tracey for a few years now. I highly recommended TLC. I usually go and see her after my Chiro appointment so i won’t get a headache as usually i get one after my Chiro alignment. She also really helps with my stress. Treatment helps my body to completely relax and re-energize again. She is my go-to for sure! She has the best interest to resolve any issue you have. She has a lot of knowledge, experience and is really good with what she does. I feel very lucky that I found TLC and can get treatment!

I’m so incredibly satisfied with my acupuncture sessions here! I was a bit nervous at first, but the experience has been life-changing. The practitioner is professional, gentle, and really takes the time to listen to your concerns. After just a few sessions, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my shoulder pain.

I always have an amazing experience with Jennifer during red light therapy and micro needling session. From the moment I walk in the clinic, she makes me feel comfortable, explaines the procedure, and what to expect before and after the treatment. I feel refreshed and genuinely looked after. I enjoy the red light therapy as I feel the positive effects on my body and my skin glows after the micro needling session. I highly recommend Jennifer if you are considering micro needling- you’ll be in very capable hands!
