Highly recommend Tracy. I saw Tracy for pregnancy and labour prep and had such a positive experience. She created a calm environment that immediately put me at ease during our sessions.
I love this treatment with Tracy, and the results I experience are so amazing. I really find it has made a huge difference with my hot flushes and sleeping / fatigue issues. However the best part is, compared to my past experiences I find I now understand a lot more around how accupuncture works a little more. Overall, it is just a really great experience that I look forward to each visit.
Tracy has been an amazing help supporting me with my major hormonal imbalances- namely PCOS. She has helped turn my cycle from a nightmare of constant, heavy bleeding to a normal, regular, 28 day cycle. She is super supportive, and friendly. She is also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to supporting PCOS and fertility. She has helped me immensely in terms of my spirituality. My partner and I had appointments with Tracy today. It was my first time having acupuncture but Tracy put my mind at ease. She is very attentative, welcoming and knowledgable. The massage was on point too! Really what I needed. My partner had acupuncture, moxibustion, massage and cupping and absolutely loved it too! She feels much more relaxed now! Will definitely be back and highly recommend!
