Helen is incredible. If you want to truly heal your body and mind she is the woman to see. Be aware that healing is not a once off visit; sometimes you require months sometimes a couple weeks. And all the bad reviews are from people who are not committed to healing wnd think one session is enough. Helen is incredible spiritual and kind. Below are my one month before and afters. I have been able to quit coffee and adhd medication thanks to her and my sleep has improved significantly where before it would take an hour to fall asleep I fall asleep in 15 mins.

Helen is the best. Went in, could barely move my neck and shoulder. At least 80% better after one session. Going back next week to sort the rest of the body. Worth every cent. She is a star. Highly recommend

I feel so blessed to have met Helen. She has been able to help heal my body from long term health issues and get it functioning at an optimal level.
