I recently had an internal pelvic release session with Raisa, and I can't speak highly enough about the experience. From the moment the session began, Raisa created a deeply safe, respectful, and grounded space. I left the session feeling more connected to my body, with a noticeable release of tension and a sense of spaciousness and ease that I hadn’t felt in a long time. Raisa brings skill, sensitivity and wisdom to this deeply personal area of healing. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking pelvic release work.

I recently visited Raisa at Vida Acupuncture Wellness and had a truly wonderful experience. Now in my third trimester of pregnancy, I’ve been dealing with constant back pain, leg cramps, and pelvic girdle discomfort. Raisa was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also provided an amazing pregnancy massage and acupuncture treatment that brought real relief—especially for my hips. I left feeling so much better and more supported. I highly recommend her and will definitely be returning regularly until birth!

Raisa is one of the best acupuncturists I’ve seen, and I’ve been visiting acupuncturists for the past 15-20 years as I grew up in a martial arts family . She not only assisted with my pregnancy but also with my labor and postpartum care. She is caring, extremely knowledgeable, and skilled at what she does. Her expertise in postpartum treatment is quite rare; only a few practitioners in Australia possess her level of knowledge. Additionally, her space is relaxing, peaceful, and cozy, making you feel as though you could float out of there! I trust her implicitly and am so grateful to have been referred to her. I also did the Closing of the Bones ceremony with her for postpartum care, which was an incredible experience that strengthened the bond between my baby and me. For any mother feeling flat or overwhelmed after giving birth, I highly recommend participating in a Closing of the Bones ceremony with Raisa, as it unexpectedly transformed my experience as a mother for the better.

What a lovely and relaxing experience from Raisa! Made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived, and very attentive to my needs. Such a perfect setup to be completely at ease, & the gorgeous bathroom is impressive! I even got a goodie bag to take home!

As soon as I started trying to get pregnant and shared it with a friend, she recommended Vida to me. That very same day, I booked an appointment with Raisa. Before our first session, I found out I was already pregnant! Raisa explained all the benefits acupuncture could offer me even during pregnancy. From the very beginning, it was a fantastic experience, she always made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and truly cared for.
