I found Olwen to be very warm and amiable. She was always interested in listening to my concerns and trying to make helpful suggestions. The acupuncture treatment is specifically targeted to each persons needs. I found each session to be very relaxing, and always slept very well that night! Thanks so much Olwen.
I have been seeing Olwen at Zen for a few months now and she is such a wonderful healer. Her calm demeanor and sense of humour immediately puts you at ease. Her acupuncture and Chinese medicine has really helped me to restore my energy and chi and I have been so grateful to have found her.
Olwen is incredible and both myself and my son came out of our sessions pain free for the first time in a long time. If you experience any sort of sports related pain, I could not recommend Olwen more highly. She is extremely knowledgeable and talks through the process of what she is doing in a way that makes it very easy to understand. I will be using Olwen regularly moving forward.
Olwen has been amazing - she talked through my symptoms in detail and holistically to understand how to help, and her treatments are immediately and sustainably effective. I came in to see if I could get help with longer term pins and needles, and pain, and had relief immediately after one session, which lasted.
