One week ago I couldn't walk and was in agony. Jay saw me on boxing day and after 3 visits I am pain free. Highly recommend
I was in extreme agony for 3 days and none of the strongest pain medication worked. With just one session he fixed my lower back and glute muscle pain.
Jay is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever had in Adelaide! I came in with a stiff neck, sore shoulders, and back pain, and after his massage and hot cupping, my neck regained mobility, and I felt instant relief in my back. He has incredible strength and uses unique techniques with his elbows I haven’t experienced anywhere else. I’ll definitely be coming back and might try needling next time.
Jay is very professional and experienced remedial massage therapist and myotherapist. I had a sever neck and shoulder pain and it got much better after one session, easy to park and very nice environment too! Highly recommend!
My massage and dry needling with Jay was amazing. I was a little anxious about the dry needling as I have previously done acupuncture which really hurt me. But the dry needling was not at all painful. Nor was the massage (and I was carrying a lot of tension). Price was also really good too. Only tiny thing was my hands were really cold but it was a freezing cold day so I’m sure that wouldn’t be a big deal most days.
