I have been seeing Cat for about 8 months and every time I walk into her space I feel warmly welcomed. She has such a positive and calming presence. I always leave feeling deeply relaxed and confident. I’d recommend to anyone!

Cat is such a warm and welcoming practitioner who always makes me feel understood and seen. I have been seeing Cat for about a year for different symptoms and she is such a knowledgeable, warm, caring, and genuine person. By taking a holistic approach we have worked with a range of symptoms and I always feel great after every appointment. I cannot recommend Cat highly enough and she is who I recommend any of my friends and family to see.

Cat was recommended to me from a work colleague who has PCOS like I do, but was not suffering from any of the external and common symptoms that I was. She attributed this to the work she'd been doing with Cat. Cat has been amazing with helping me with a number of health concerns that I've had, including reducing blood pressure medication and finding natural alternatives to weight loss, pain management and inflammation. It's like going in to see an old friend every time I'm there. Cat is extremely easy to get along with and makes you feel comfortable to share anything, which helps with more accurate diagnosis of concerns and a better application for solutions.
