I can’t recommend Julie highly enough! I’ve been seeing her five months for a stiff neck and shoulder, and the relief I’ve experienced has been amazing. I’m now being treated for my lower back and continue to see real improvement. Julie is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She creates such a calm and supportive environment, and you can truly feel how much she cares about her patients’ wellbeing. I always leave feeling better — both physically and mentally.

I highly recommend Essential Acupuncture. I was suffering from Vertigo and my husband called Julie for assistance, she fit me in same day and I have been seeing her for treatment ever since. The treatment has helped my body rebalance and heal; I look forward to seeing Julies warm smile when I go for my treatments and appreciate her amazing knowledge. I also tried some of the Chinese herbal medicine and found it to be of great benefit for inflammation that I was experiencing.

After struggling with frozen shoulder on both sides since January 2025, I was in constant pain every single day. I had already tried physiotherapy and massage therapy, but unfortunately, there was very little improvement. The pain continued to limit my movement and affect my daily life. At the end of July 2025, I decided to visit Essential Acupuncture Clinic, and it was one of the best decisions I made. She treated me with great care and kindness, and she explained everything about frozen shoulder in detail, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the treatment process. By November 2025, my left shoulder had fully recovered — no pain at all and full, free movement again. I truly felt so grateful. Now, the pain in my right shoulder has significantly reduced, and I am hopeful it will recover completely very soon. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is experiencing pain. The treatment is professional, caring, and effective. I am very thankful to Julie for the improvement I’ve experienced.
