I’ve had such a positive experience here. Jess has a wealth of knowledge, takes the time to really listen, and has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout. Being a Telehealth appointment makes it easy to connect and still feel cared for although not physically in front of her. I always leave feeling well looked after, with more tools in my toolkit and in very capable hands. Highly recommend!

I first saw Jess roughly 4 months ago whilst working through a bout of insomnia, panic attacks and high stress/anxiety. I immediately felt very comfortable discussing my issues with Jess, her understanding and empathy made for a very relaxing and informative experience throughout. The combination of regular acupuncture as well as having access to her wealth of knowledge on Chinese medicines proved to be extremely helpful across the next few months and helped me progress with confidence. I'd happily recommend her services to anyone!

I initially saw started seeing Jess back in 2021 and as soon as we returned to Melbourne at the start of this year it was top of my list to book back in. As someone who was initially sceptical about the benefits of acupuncture and Chinese medicine, I am a total convert! Jess is incredibly knowledgeable and puts you at total ease throughout each session. We have had a clear plan in place to help clear some eczema on my hand, and both the sessions and ongoing treatment have worked wonders! Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Jess has been an integral part of our son’s eczema journey. Living rurally, being able to access her via telehealth has been invaluable, and the quick postage of herbs made the whole process seamless. We’ve seen an incredible improvement in our son’s eczema — it’s now well managed, and we’ve been able to wean off steroid creams. We’ve also noticed a positive impact on his overall immune health. We’re so grateful for Jess’s knowledge, care, and support, and would highly recommend her to other families.

I started to see Jess a couple months ago for various reasons and have seen incredible progress, both through acupuncture and herbal medicine. Headaches, backaches and other pains have lessened a tremendous amount. She is also very lovely and dedicated to her work. Couldn’t recommend the space more, the atmosphere and welcoming energy is incredible.
