Very disappointing experience. Doctor Chen was rude, dismissive, and clearly impatient. He did not properly listen to my symptoms and rushed through the consultation. A medical professional should show basic respect and care toward patients, which was completely lacking here. I would not return and do not recommend him to anyone.

I started seeing Tseu for preconception acupuncture and herbal medicine last May. Within three weeks I was pregnant with twins. I had weekly treatments for my first trimester which was very smooth with minimal nausea, and I continued to see her throughout my pregnancy and was able to carry the babies to a healthy full term. I’m now using her herbs again postpartum and have recovered from birth much faster than I expected. I truly cannot recommend her more highly - not only is she friendly and compassionate in her consulting style, but her services are all amazing and truly work

Booked acupuncture session Dr Shaw no show wasted 1hr of traveling. Guess She is NOT very accurate and punctual. She's not friendly and seems tired of her job few words and no explanation what's going to happen. Not Recommended!

Tseu is such an amazing practitioner! I highly recommend her! Thanks to acupuncture and herbal medicine, after years of irregular menstrual cycles and hormonal imbalance, she helped me to get my period back within weeks. Tseu's approach is incredibly caring, and effective. I continue to see Tseu for acupuncture, as it has such a positive effect on both my physical body, and mental clarity as well.
