Terrible service. Came in for a session for dry needling for upper back and neck pain after being recommended by a physiotherapist to give it a go. In the lobby before my appointment he said to another customer waiting that my appointment wont take long, in a tone that insinuated I shouldn’t be there. Then I was basically shamed for ”being too young for having these symptoms and issues,” and that something is wrong with me and that my problems aren’t caused by my tight muscles (they are.) He told me I would not benefit from his services and didn’t think he could help me, but would do the service if I wanted to. Mind you, he didn’t even take a look at me or what’s going on. I travelled for an hour for this clinic, only to walk out five minutes later because I felt awful. During these few minutes he managed to tell me how experienced he is in his profession, but you would think in those years of service a health care professional would learn some customer communication skills. Or even maybe a phone call or an email before hand next time so you dont waste people’s time?

I’ve had a great experience with John! He’s incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about his patients. From the first visit, he explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. I noticed real improvements after only a few sessions. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a chiropractor who’s both professional and kind.

Got referred to John by a builder that I do work for as my back was giving me grief, as it has for years. He said he could fix me with 1 treatment and to his word he did. Can't recommend him enough. When I did need to return in a moment of need again, he fitted me in at a time that was convenient, and fixed again.

Great place, came in with serious back pain and received great care! John seriously cares about getting you back healthy instead of just bringing you back for repeat treatment/payment! Top bloke
