I began seeing Dr Nicola for labor prep, and the support she provided during those final weeks of pregnancy was incredible. Now I continue to see her for postpartum recovery and massage, and it has been a lifesaver for my physical and mental well-being. She is truly a master of her craft, extremely gentle, warm, and deeply knowledgeable. She even showed me specific acupressure points and massages for my baby to help with digestion issues, which made a noticeable difference. I’ve also purchased several of her herbs and teas for breast milk supply and postpartum healing, and they worked wonders. If you are looking for a practitioner who is both highly skilled and genuinely caring, look no further. She is the best!

I had a fantastic acupuncture session with Nicky at Health Connect Shen. She immediately made me feel comfortable and cared for, taking the time to really listen and tailor the treatment to my needs. I left feeling lighter, more energised, and deeply relaxed. I also tried one of her beautiful custom tea blends from the Herbal Apothecary, which was both delicious and nourishing, and clearly made with such knowledge, thought and care. Highly recommend Nicky to anyone looking for holistic, supportive and effective treatments — I’ll definitely be back!

I tried fertility and pregnancy acupuncture, and wow, it was amazing! The clinic had such a chill, welcoming vibe that instantly calmed my nerves. Nicky was super nice and really got what I was going through with my fertility struggles. She customised every session just for me, which felt so personal. The treatments were relaxing, like a mini escape from stress. I always left feeling refreshed and balanced. After a while, I noticed my cycles getting more regular, and I just felt better overall—it gave me so much hope! When I got pregnant, I kept going, and it seriously helped with morning sickness and all the pregnancy exhaustion. Nicky was a total gem, so kind and supportive.
