Can’t recommend Wayne enough. He has helped my body condition and stubborn tightnesses so much! The nicest guy and fantastic practitioner. Always finding the spots that need addressing. Myself and 4 other members of my family have all had remedial massage and dry needling from him. We have all had great experiences.

A professional and healing massage that loosened back muscles that were clenching. Now I can do the muscle work required to fix the issue. I have had half a dozen massages at Zen Chinese Medicine with different practitioners and they have all been well trained and know their pressure points and how to heal. I highly recommend them for both relaxing and remedial massages.

Always had excellent results from both their herbal medicines and especially acupuncture. Have had massages too.

There is no electric blanket provided under the bed also the room is not well heated. There are two staffs(one bald guy and the other called Steven) constantly chatting loudly since I arrived, they didn’t stop even they have been told. I went to Zen in sandy bay before and it’s great but it’s a great disappointment this time at moonah Zen massage. For the same price ($85/1hr remedial massage) you can find a lot more better than this shop. Wouldn’t recommend it.

100% recommend! My pain my significantly reduced, pressure was great, use of hot stones was fantastic, and she found so many areas that needed working and made sure she took plenty of time on each bit! I've honestly never had a massage, where they worked on so many different areas and used many different techniques. They definitely know their job well! Thank you!
