Amazing Bob and Soo! Bob and Soo quickly figured out my prob. They both good but Bob's communication, difficult to talk. But i cannot deny his skills. Amazing. Soo, amazing. I was headed to the library today at Toowong, but an ache in my heel had me stop at Health First. Hoped to have acupuncture, but it wasn’t available until next week, so I opted for a reflexology foot massage. Yuna provided a very good service; started with 5 minute foot soak and proceeded with 60 minute massage of my feet, heels, ankle and calves. I was seated comfortably in a reclining chair, and the storefront is clean, pleasant smelling, and the instrumental music wasn’t too much. Parts of the massage was painful - shifting lymphatic fluids etc - but all done with skill, care, and mindfulness. Yuna asked if I wanted less pressure, but I preferred to get things moving as best as we could. I was offered tea or water before I left, and I felt welcome to take my time before reentering the shopping centre. I walked out with less pain, less of a limp, and feeling as though I have made improvement. Very much recommend Health First for this service.
Been coming for a few years now after a friend suggested them. I always feel great after my visit, and find the massage therapist listens to my requests and provides good advice to maintain my posture and soothe sore muscles. I have referred many friends and family members and would reccomend you come and try for yourself.
