I can’t recommend Brandon highly enough. I saw him for acupuncture before my egg retrieval and again before my embryo transfer, and he was incredible throughout the entire process. From the very first appointment he was professional, calming, and extremely knowledgeable, which made such an emotional and nerve-wracking time feel much more manageable. Brandon took the time to explain everything, tailored each session specifically to where I was in my fertility journey, and created such a safe, relaxing space. I always left feeling calmer, more balanced, and genuinely supported — both physically and emotionally. If you’re going through IVF or any fertility treatment, I truly believe seeing Brandon makes a real difference. I’ve had multiple acupuncture sessions at Jeong Clinic for several weeks. On my initial consultation, Brandon was very thorough on his assessments. He took the time to really listen and understand my concerns (bloating, anxiety, stress and period problems) before starting my treatment with acupuncture and herbal medicine. I started to notice a big difference mentally and physically after a couple of sessions! Now I’m feeling a lot better- my stress levels have reduced and my digestive issues are gradually improving. I never had acupuncture before so I was skeptical. I had lower back pain so I was recommended to see Brandon (Wolli Creek Jeong Clinic). My first treatment was amazing! I could feel the benefits straight away. I was blown away how effective the treatment was, several more sessions later I was pretty much done! Brandon is very thorough, professional and polite in his assessment, he also explains what not to do during recovery which really helped with the whole healing process. Highly recommend him to anyone suffering pain.

I’ve noticed a lot of positive improvements after treatment. My acne has improved, my sleep is deeper, stress sensitivity has reduced, and my energy levels are better. The pins and needles in my hands/palms have improved significantly. I’ve also experienced less mood swings, irritation, anxiety, night heat, and bloating. Very happy with the progress so far.
