This team works some serious magic. I’ve seen the team at Point Therapy over the years for a number of niggles and injuries, and the one thing that always stands out is this: they get results, and they get them fast. I’m incredibly grateful to them for keeping me in one piece and training consistently. I was first introduced to Point Therapy through a friend who is an experienced runner, and I’m so glad I followed that recommendation. Before coming in, I had a long-standing hamstring issue that was seriously limiting what I could do. I saw multiple physiotherapists and the standard advice was always the same — rest. What started as a few months quickly turned into six, then nine. Instead of improving, it kept getting worse, and I eventually developed hamstring tendinopathy as well. It began to affect everything. I couldn’t train, I couldn’t load the leg properly, and at its worst I couldn’t walk without pain. I felt stuck and frustrated, having tried every recommendation without success. From my very first sessions at Point Therapy, things changed. The assessment was thorough, the treatment was incredibly targeted, and it was clear they were addressing the root cause — not just telling me to stop moving and wait. Within two sessions I was largely painfree, and within five I was moving freely and able to train again. The relief was enormous. As a coach and gym owner, I don’t recommend practitioners lightly. I confidently recommend Point Therapy to everyone because their direct approach and detailed knowledge delivers results in a short timeframe and keeps people doing what they love: training, moving, and living without pain. If you’re dealing with an injury that isn’t improving, or you’re tired of being told to “just rest,” Point Therapy are the team you want in your corner.

Thank you to Hung and the team for incredible diagnosis and treatment. Their specialist knowledge and care yielded immediate pain relief and return of movement to a frozen joint. The results are remarkable and I highly recommend Point Therapy.

THE BEST!! I had a broken ankle and was having a lot of pain when I started walking again. I thought I’d try acupuncture as I had a trip coming up, and it literally saved me. I had no pain at all after the acupuncture! The staff were amazing as well, so kind and knowledgable. Also very reasonable prices!

I was recommended by a friend to see Hung due to ongoing hip issues while in a marathon training block. The results from Hung’s treatment are unbelievable! I’ve had hip issues for years, seen many physios and never have I ever had results like this. I was able to keep running, stick to my training plan and achieve my marathon goal; all while seeing a HUGE improvement in my hip mobility. Hung knows his stuff, has been doing this treatment for a long time and that is evident in the results. I couldn’t recommend Point Therapy enough, the entire team are very professional and super friendly. I have recommended several of my running friends who have come for injuries with the same results as I’ve had.

Hung is a genuine expert in acupuncture. From the first session, it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing and had a deep understanding of how the body works.
