I can’t speak highly enough of Rebecca - I simply would not go through pregnancy again without her care and support! As a first-time mum, I felt unsure and overwhelmed about how to prepare for birth and was dealing with debilitating back pain. Rebecca’s acupuncture was the only treatment that brought real, lasting relief to this pain during pregnancy. Her approach was thoughtful and holistic, with gentle but assured advice around nutrition, hydration, supplements, and preparing for labour. Rebecca’s calm presence and deep expertise helped me feel grounded, confident, and empowered as I approached birth. I feel incredibly grateful to have had such a positive and life changing birth experience. Although I was lucky to also have a wonderful obstetrician, I have learnt that birth and pregnancy support can take many simultaneous forms. Thank you, Rebecca!

I couldn’t recommend Rebecca enough. I first went to see Rebecca while I was trying to conceive and we came up with a plan to get my body in check to ensure when I did fall pregnant I would be in the best health I possibly could. 2 months later I was pregnant and in comparison to my first pregnancy I feel a world of a difference. I really put this change down to the work I did with Rebecca as well as the protocol I followed at home. I am now seeing her for check ins during my pregnancy and I look forward to every session. Rebecca has been an incredible support throughout my pregnancy journey. I started acupuncture for the first time at 36 weeks. Rebecca is super knowledgeable and after each session I felt incredible. Would highly recommend Rebecca to any pregnant women who are wanting support and to use acupuncture throughout their pregnancy.

I saw Rebecca weekly towards the end of my pregnancy to prepare for birth and support my overall health. The sessions themselves were so calming (I fell asleep most times!) and Rebecca was caring and thorough in her approach. I started seeing Rebecca at Red Tent in the later part of my pregnancy for birth preparation and I truly feel my body was so much more ready for labour and birth because of it. Acupuncture made such a positive difference to my birth experience and I’m incredibly grateful.
