I’ve been visiting Dr. HE since early 2019, and I honestly can’t recommend him enough. Over the years, he has helped me through severe skin issues, and every visit has been a very positive experience so far. Dr. HE is absolutely professional and knowledgeable - he's always patient with me, always takes the time to listen carefully, explains things clearly, and always ready to answer any questions I have - no matter how small they might seem. The treatments I’ve received have always been effective and positive, I consistently feel real improvement after seeing him. His herbal medicine and especially the ointments he provides are amazing - they’ve worked incredibly well for me every time. It’s clear that he tailors treatments to each individual rather than taking a one size fits all approach. Beyond the treatments themselves, Dr. HE creates a very calm and reassuring environment and the music he puts on, which makes every visit comfortable and stress-free. Such a great Chinese Medicine clinic. I came to Dr Billy for my first time doing acupuncture for headache and shoulder pain. Everyone is super sweet and informative of herbal medicine and acupuncture. The environment is super relaxing. I left there feeling sooo amazing. I came back for my allergies, which I suffer for years in Springs. Lots of improvements after a few sessions of acupuncture, the symptoms of hay fever and skin allergies, eczema are reduced heaps! Highly recommend for skin issues and pain relieves!

Highly recommend Dr. He!!!!! I hardly write comments, but this time I'm really excited to recommend. I've been suffering from perioral dermatitis and eczema for years, especially perioral dermatitis I got that when I was a child. I've seen so many doctors, but they always give me steroid cream to compress that. Once I stop, it comes back and even gets worse. Previous doctors even asked me to take oral antibiotics and panafcortelone. The eczema symptom has spread all around my back, arms and hands. The turn point is I happened to see Dr. He. He kindly asked my disease history and gave me medicine and external use cream and how to use to maximise the effect. The miracle happened! After taking medicine about 2 weeks, I saw him again. He showed me the comparison photos. It is a huge improvement! He is kind, caring and considerate. I'm excited to find a reliable doctor!

Dr He is an amazing, dedicated, and patient doctor! I’ve had perioral dermatitis for years - and just after 2 weeks of treatment, I’ve seen amazing progress with my lip condition (very close to recovery). The receptionist is exceptionally friendly too! Definitely recommend Dr He for any skin-related condition.

I’ve had eczema since I was a baby, and after years of using steroids that eventually stopped working, I experienced severe topical steroid withdrawal. I had seen other TCM doctors before but didn’t see much improvement—until I came here in 2020. I saw results within two weeks and was eczema-free in seven months. Dr. Billy is very attentive and thorough and I felt well cared for. He also treated my mum’s dry eyes, and she felt relief after just a few sessions. Highly recommend!
