My wife and I visit Nayu about once a month, and it’s always a great experience. My wife receives facial cosmetic acupuncture and is always very happy with the results. Nayu’s knowledge and skills are excellent, and her experience in Japan really shows. The clinic has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, and each visit feels refreshing. Highly recommended, especially for anyone interested in Japanese acupuncture or cosmetic acupuncture.
Nayu is amazing. She immediately made me feel comfortable, Her knowledge really shows, and the massage was fantastic. I loved the acupuncture treatment and, best of all, it completely relieved my headache. I left feeling relaxed, cared for, and so much better. I am now a regular, Highly recommended 😊
I had Japanese acupuncture sessions and it has been working very effectively in addressing physical tension, women health and overall wellbeing. Dr Nayu took time to understand my concerns and the needles used were very fine and gentle and I didn't feel any pain. I am very grateful to receive such great treatments from Dr Nayu.
I had such a positive experience with Nayu. From the very first session, she made me feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for. I came in with back, neck, and shoulder pain, along with some digestive issues, and Nayu took the time to do a thorough assessment before tailoring each treatment to my specific needs. I have felt noticeable improvements in both my physical pain and overall well-being due to her amazing treatments. It's also great that I can book online easily and quickly. If you’re looking for acupuncture in Adelaide, I definitely recommend seeing Nayu.
I had a great experiences with Dr Nayu, she’s very knowledgeable and always treats me really nice. I always feel so good after her sessions and enjoy a positive chat with her. Had the best results for my wedding day with her cosmetic needle treatments as well🧡

The first appointment costs more almost everywhere, typically $20 to $40 more, because it includes a case history alongside the treatment and usually runs longer. Roughly a quarter of clinics will not quote you a full price list online.
Three things worth asking on the same call: whether herbs or cupping are charged separately — they usually are — whether the clinic offers on-the-spot health fund claiming, and what the cancellation policy is, because some charge a full session fee inside 24 hours.

Private health, usually yes. Acupuncture sits under natural therapies on most extras policies, generally pooled with remedial massage under one shared annual limit. Medicare, only if your practitioner is a doctor. The four MBS acupuncture items all require a medical practitioner. A registered acupuncturist who is not also a doctor cannot bill them, and no other item covers their services. Acupuncture is also not on the eligible list for a GP Chronic Condition Management plan.
