I can't speak highly enough of the amazing team at Qi Medicine. After experiencing chronic knee pain post meniscus surgery, I'd seeked treatment through physio, myotherapy, and cortisone injections, but unfortunately to no relief. I reached out to Qi Medicine to see if acupuncture would be a treatment option. The wonderful administrator, Kristen, was understanding of my needs and put me through a consultation with the lovely Dr Carlie, and my journey was underway. She was warm and caring, clear and precise regarding steps and treatment requirements for my issue to be resolved. Over the course of weeks and months of acupuncture and moxa therapy, the pain I was experiencing for so long eventually decreased to the point of no pain, and has now provided me the ability to train at the gym and play basketball at full strength. I could not be more thankful for the care Dr Carlie has shown in helping me reach my health goals. Highest of recommendations. Thank you so much :)

Honestly can't speak highly enough about Qi Acupuncture, the staff there are so friendly and happy, full of warmth and genuinely good people who want to help you in any issues you might have. I genuinely enjoy going to my appointments, not only for the professionalism and peaceful atmosphere, but the genuine care and attention that they take towards you as a patient! Dr Ashini is a marvel, a true star, highly knowledgeable, warm, patient, caring and strives to help you on any issue or any level, that type of care nowadays is super rare! She is genuinely the only doctor that I truly trust! If you have been on the fence about trying acupuncture, do yourself a favour and make Qi Acupuncture you first and only place that you try! You will not regret it! Also wish google had a option for 6 stars genuinely :)

I’ve felt big shifts after every appointment with Dr Sheena. I’ve also noticed monthly improvements in my cycles with ongoing care — less pain and more energy each month. She truly listens and makes me feel heard and seen, meeting me exactly where I’m at each time while still gently working towards our goals. I always leave feeling supported and aligned, and I can’t recommend her enough

I would like to share my experience with Qi Medicine Acupuncture. This is my first ever experience with acupuncture for fertility. I am a patient of Dr. Carlie who is amazing, knowledgeable and very patient. I had so many questions related to fertility and acupuncture and Dr Carlie had been very patient in listening and answering all my queries. I have taken few sessions now and I feel wonderful, relaxed and less anxious. Dr. Carlie has been very supportive and tweaks the treatment plan as per my issues.I am taking their prenatal and herbal tea which has improved my sleep immensely. I also want to thank their reception team,they are kind and supportive. I highly recommend Qi Medicine for their amazing service and support.

Qi Medicine has helped me so much with my sleep and getting my health back on track. In particular Dr Carlie who is so kind and you are in very good hands with her. All of the staff at Qi Medicine are so lovely and I can’t thank them enough for all that they have helped me with!
