I have been troubled with back and shoulder pain for years and Cathy’s high level of expertise and skill resulted in significant improvement. Cathy creates a calm and relaxed atmosphere. I was impressed by the way she listened and her holistic assessment as well as her acupuncture and massage treatment. Throughout the session Cathy carefully explained her approach and treatment, answered my questions and generally made me feel confident in her. I would definitely highly recommend Cathy and would go back in future. Thank you Cathy for a very positive and helpful experience.

Catherine is one of the best practitioners I have come across. Her caring attitude, let alone the wonderful services she offers are what keep me looking forward to my next visit. When I have a body ailment that a massage cannot fix, I use her acupuncture remedies, which has proven to heal the problem. She is my go to health and wellness guru. Heartily recommend her services.

I had an amazing treatment with Catherine this week. I had a long standing back problem. Catherine did a Classical acupuncture sinew release and my back has felt free and pain free since. Catherine is a knowledgable, caring practitioner. Such a beautiful space, in a tranquil garden. Highly recommend.

I had acupuncture and tui na massage treatment with Catherine in her tranquil clinical practice in Fitzroy. From the moment I entered I felt calm and peaceful. Catherine is a very tentative TCM practitioner who really listened and understood, and in turn provided very clear and helpful health advice. I have had many wonderful acupuncture treatments with Catherine in which I feel immediate benefits from her gentle and caring approach. Her treatments always conclude with some tui na massage which add to such a therapeutic and healing experience. I was welcomed in to her lovely calm studio and she asked questions, listened and explained what she was going to do. The treatment was very relaxing and I felt I benefited greatly.
