I had a fantastic remedial massage experience with Sabrina at Thrive Wellness Centre. She performed both needling and cupping, and her technique was spot on. She is incredibly confident and clearly knows her craft. I walked out feeling so much better—I’ll definitely be a regular here. Highly recommend Sabrina if you're looking for a professional who gets results!

I had my first naturopathy appointment yesterday with Bryan (the owner ) of Thrive Wellness Centre). I consulted Bryan on the endorsement of my daughter , after receiving very positive and favourable comments from her. I have to say I was impressed with Bryan from the time of my arrival. He was punctual, a very good listener and recommended some changes to my diet and lifestyle to overcome the gut issues that I am currently experiencing. His advice was very practical, plausible and achievable. He even recommended some products for me to take to get me back on track. He was very pleased with the changes I had already made to my diet and suggested other things to do. His staff are very pleasant and professional. I will definitely be consulting him in the future.

I had a wonderful experience for my first remedial massage at Thrive Wellness. Monica was so lovely and understanding. She explained everything as she went. She gave me plenty of tips to help at home too. She was so knowledgeable and had great pressure. I look forward to coming back!

Tegan is loving and welcoming. Walking in the place felt so calm and comfortable. I had the Hardshell Hyperbaric Oxygen treatment. Walked out feeling refreshed 😊

Had a great experience with the red light therapy at Thrive Wellness; super relaxing and I already feel the benefits after a few sessions. The space is calm, clean and the staff are really lovely and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to try the hyperbaric oxygen chamber therapy next! Highly recommend if you’re into recovery and overall wellbeing.
