***REVIEW LEFT ON BEHALF OF MY FRIEND’S REQUEST*** An appointment was made for 1:00 pm on 18/12/25. I arrived an hour early and asked whether it was possible to be seen at 12:00 pm instead. This request was declined, which I fully understood, and I was told to return at my scheduled appointment time. When I returned at 1:00 pm, I was then told that the shop was fully booked and unable to fit me in — despite my appointment having already been confirmed. It felt as though my booking did not matter, possibly because other customers had higher-priced appointments. I am very disappointed with this experience and would not recommend this business to others.
Amazing massage. Not rushed like other places, very quiet atmosphere which makes it so much more relaxing. Massues was Cassie. VERY GOOD. Will be back regularly.
The owner is truly lovely and clearly values his customers, which means a lot. I’ve been coming here for around six months now, ever since I discovered this place instead of traveling into town, and I’ve always raved about it to my friends. Normally, the massages are wonderful—they hit all the right spots, and I walk out feeling like I’m floating on a cloud. It is one of the best massages places in geelong! There was one time recently when I had a disappointing experience with a different therapist, which left me feeling quite sore and upset. However, the way the owner handled my concerns and went above and beyond to make things right has really reassured me of the high standards and care at this establishment. I’m grateful for the professionalism and kindness shown, and I’ll definitely continue to come back.
The most thorough massage I have had in the entirety of Geelong, I’ve gone to at least 10 different places but I’ve found my new go to! Thanks guys!
